If your child has special needs, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss the ways in which we may be able to meet their specific needs.
Our staff are highly trained and have been specially selected, they receive quality in house training throughout the year to maintain our high standards of quality care. All staff members hold their certificates for administering first aid and these are updated annually. Staff are readily available to discuss children's development and progression within the nursery and we hold 2 informal parents evenings a year enabling you to come along for an update and chat.
We have developed a happy culture within Mini me and will endeavour to ensure that all our staff are fulfilled in their employment leading to a happy environment and most importantly happy children in our nursery.
All of our staff members are committed to professional development through attending regular training courses that keep them up to date with all the current childcare practices.
